TypeScript
TypeScript is how LeCode engineers write React frontends and Node.js APIs. The type system is there so a product team can change a screen or an endpoint and see what else has to move.
Where TypeScript shows up
On a staffed product team, TypeScript is the shared language of the React UI and the Node.js service. Contracts between the two stay in the code, not in a document that drifts.
LeCode does not sell TypeScript as a rewrite. Engineers adopt it in the codebase the client already has, and use it on the new work so the next change is safer than the last one.
How the engineer joins the team
A TypeScript engineer arrives as staff augmentation, as part of an outsourced product team, or inside a dedicated squad. Senior, mid, and junior levels are available, plus project managers and tech leads.
Everyone placed by LeCode is English-fluent. The company has operated in Montes Claros, Brazil, since 2019, and typical onboarding is within 7 days.
