React
LeCode staffs English-fluent React engineers into product teams that already have a frontend to extend. The work runs from the design system to the screens in production, with onboarding within 7 days.
What a React engineer ships here
The usual brief is a product that already exists. The engineer joins the team, learns the design system, and ships interface work in the same codebase: new flows, fixes, and the pieces that sit next to the API.
LeCode also builds the frontend of a new product when the client wants a squad from discovery through delivery. React is the interface layer. Node.js or .NET usually sits behind it.
How the engineer joins the team
Three ways to work together: outsourcing that extends the product team, staff augmentation of a vetted engineer, or a dedicated squad for one product stream. Senior, mid, and junior engineers are available, along with project managers and tech leads.
Engineers are English-fluent. LeCode is based in Montes Claros, Brazil, and has operated since 2019. Typical onboarding is within 7 days, without the client taking on recruiting, contracts, or compliance.
